The Blue Zone

Crazy info here that I posted on the main green forum, but I was hoping I'd get some feedback from fans about how on earth UNC spends half the amount Duke does on bball, yet their revenue is almost identical. Perhaps you guys can shed some light on that. The info is in the list furnished by this website:

If you notice, the tar heels are nowhere close to No.1...I just don't understand how they can manage their costs so much more effectively. I guess the Chapel Hill education > Duke? Ok, all joking aside...I want to hear your thoughts.
