I have heard Fedora denied a tennessee request to talk
On Tennessee's post they talk like fedora has talked to their people and he's close to coming there. What do other Tar Heel fans think? I'm just a little nervous.
I haven't heard anyone on our board talk like we are close to getting Fedora,he wouldn't be a bad hire by no means and he would be #2 on my list, but a lot of our fans want strong over fedora.

I lot of the posts going around are saying that Fedora is looking because he is not happy with the extent of NCAA sanctions handed down and feels misled. When, I see these posts, I know the information is untrue as I remember Fedora saying that Cunningham actually tried to almost talk him out of coming to UNC due to the major problems and potential NCAA violations that could be handed down. Fedora knew full well what he was getting into and hasn't complained about it once - I don't think anyone else could have handled it as well. I don't think we have to worry about him leaving for Tennessee. When Mack Brown retires, that is when you should worry. I wouldn't be surprised if he doesn't eventually end up there, and in some way believes that he may be walking in Mack's footsteps.
Some of the other negative posts I've seen mention that Fedora has not moved his family to Chapel Hill yet due to not being happy with the NCAA sanction situation. I don't think this is true. Can anyone on here confirm that?
His daughter graduates in May and the family wanted her to graduate with her friends. That's the sole reason they are still in Mississippi. They are moving in May.
