How far is the 86 rating from being 4 star level?

100+ - 98 = 5-star
97 - 90 = 4 star
89 - 80 = 3-star
79 - 70 = 2-star

I think Wiggins definitely has the potential to jump up to a 4-star. More people just need to get eyeballs on him first and it might happen. Francis might stay at a 3 for a while. Not sure he has the deep speed to move up to a 4-star. But it's so early in the process that we'll have plenty of time to evaluate both of these guys.

That said, the staff is VERY happy to have both on board. Francis was their top in-state RB target and Wiggins was one of their top DB targets and one of the top pure safety prospects on the board.
