Keith Niebuhr's rundown of potential impact guys in the ACC.
Looking at the ACC, heres the 247Sports list of the 2013 signees we believe could have the greatest impact for their team next season.
Switzer, Walker, Logan, Francis are all viable candidates, IMO.
Who you got?
Switzer, Kid gonna bring it!
Switzer is a baller. I was really hoping he would come to PSU as it appeared he was ready to commit and then he held off and visited UNC and that's all she wrote. Anyhow, I think Logan will be your impact player as he will likely replace Gio this year. Only thing holding Logan back is that it may be running back by committee for you guys, right?

Yes I expect to see up to 4 getting carries. Real glad Switzer came to UNC. Truly believe him and Logan will Impact!
I love Kris Francis. He is a north to south runner just like Gio and he has a college ready body and wisely enroll in the sprig. I watched his junior and senior tapes one after the other and you can see his growth and maturity as a runner. He also that one thing like Gio had. Gio's one ting was his ability to set up his blockers and allow those blocks to develop before he took off. Kris' one thing is as soon as he feels contact, he starts driving those short powerful tree trunks of his so as to gain extra yardage. I see this kid gettin a few touches in the beginning and by years end being an integral part of our success. Go Heels
I have a gut feeling about Dominique Green being a real surprise.
I like someone who will step out on a limb.
My thought on Webb is that it's so, so hard for a first-year freshman to come in and have an impact on either side of a line against guys who have 2-4 years of strength/conditioning/growth on them. The highest-ranked guys in the world -- the Clowneys, Da'Quan Bowers come to mind -- were non-factors for their freshman seasons.
I think by the end of the year Bug Howard will be turning heads.
I just want to see Thorpe, Ebron, Quinshad, Switz and a Khris on the field. Holy talent.
