UNC is believed to be his leader at this time yes. I haven't spoken with North in a few weeks as he's been on spring break and honestly, not answering anyone's calls but I've spoken with several people close to him and it's believed that he's currently leaning to the Tar Heels.

The no. 1 player in the state has been to UNC several times over the past few weeks which has only increased his comfort level with the Tar Heels.
