UNC commit Ryan Switzer at The Opening

Q: How do you think you’ve performed out here in Oregon?

“I think I’ve done pretty well. I just wanted to come out, do what I’ve always done and that is to perform well. I have one more day to do that.”

Q: What specificically do you think you’ve done well?
“I always think I’ve run crisp routes. That along with the speed that I have has really helped me get open in 7 on 7 and in 1 on 1s.”

Q: What do you want to take away from your experience at “The Opening” and what was your primary goal?

“I wanted to have fun whether we’re learning new stuff or we’re playing it’s football and it should be fun. I think a lot of the guy came to have fun and to get some work in too.”

Q: Will you be a better player when you head home and in what areas?

“Just the experience. These are the best guys in the world, these high school athletes so being able to perform well against them and the experience and confidence skyrockets.”

Q: Are you planning to enroll early?

“I haven’t decided yet.”

Q: With one year left, what do you need to improve on to prepare for college?

“Probably the mental aspect. Not just watching film but how to watch film. Just be a leader. I had a great season last year whether I top my numbers or not, it’s unlikely, it doesn’t matter to me I just want to win.”
