What are the rules pertaining to unofficial visits and basketball games? Do the kids pay for tickets to the game?

North Carolina recruiting should be priory 1, 2, and 3. If the can lock up North especially early that would send a message to the rest of the recruits.

The old staff waited WAY TOO LONG to move on the best kids in state. They just expected that whenever they offered that kids would flock to UNC but with the SEC schools raiding the state, you have to get on them EARLY and that's EXACTLY what Fedora's staff is doing!

So apparently Fedora's talk of setting a fence around the state of North Carolina isn't just talk after all.
With the growing trend of every state in the south locking up local and poaching afar (see North Carolina) these days, it's good to see him go after our best players first and filling up the roster with their (see Florida, Virginia, Georgia, South Carolina) B-level players second.
